Nefromed Dialysis Centers Ltd. is part of Euromedic International Group, the largest supplier of medical services within the Public-Private Partnerships in Europe. Euromedic International was founded in 1991 and has known an important, gradual development during the last decade: in 2000 it owned only 6 clinics, opened in  3 countries and now, in 2009, the number of clinics turned into 2009 within 15 countries. The clinics’ main activities deal with: radiology and high performance imaging diagnostic services, laboratory analysis, teleradiology, renal care and cancer treatment. 
In Romania, Euromedic International Group operates through the NEFROMED Dialysis Clinics in Alba Iulia, Baia-Mare, Barlad, Botosani, Cluj Napoca, Piatra-Neamt, Sibiu and Timisoara,  and through the Euromedic Romania Diagnostics Clinics in  Arad, Constanta, Petrosani, Bucuresti, Medgidia, Pascani, Iasi and Focsani.
