NEFROMED TIMISOARA DIALYSIS CENTER
 
Nefromed Timisoara Dialysis Center is situated in the southern part of Timisoara City, at the entrance in the city from Buzias and at a distance of 1 km from the Emergency County Hospital.

The dialysis activity takes place in a beautiful building, fitted at international standards and possessing a number of 7 haemodialysis rooms, 2 of them being dedicated to the patients bearing positive hepatic virus and 5 to the patients bearing negative hepatic virus.

The center also has examination and sampling rooms, as well as an isolation room for special situations, all these improving the medical services to the highest level.

In the same building, the patients can benefit by professional and general examinations, laboratory tests in a new, competitive laboratory, imagistic radiology investigations and pharmaceutical services.

The haemodialysis procedure is done using 37 Fresenius dialysis machines, both through double and unipuncture; haemodialfiltration procedure can also be performed.

The maximum capacity of the center is of 224 patients for haemodialysis and an unlimited number of patients with peritoneal dialysis.

The personnel, endowed with vast experience and high professionalism, provides constant medical assistance to the patients and consists of 5 doctors: 2 practitioners, 2 nephrologists and a specialist in nephrology; one psychologist; 27 nurses, auxiliary personnel, technicians, receptionists, one office manager; one statistician and a kinetotherapist.

The medical staff is familiar with English, Hungarian and Serb languages.

The activity program of the center is between 7 a.m. and 11 p.m., from Monday to Saturday, with three daily rounds of haemodialysis sessions.
